We are extremely excited about our new warehouse!  We are already seeing product being delivered faster than ever, in some cases within a day or two of the order being placed.  Nevertheless, shipping delays can be caused by delays in the warehouse or various  issues with individual carriers that we use to get your Chosen Merchandise delivered to your doorstep.  You should be able to follow your shipment throughout the process, but if you feel that it has gotten lost or is running behind schedule, you can always reach out to us in the Chat, or email us at gifts@thechosen.tv
Order Acknowledgment: When you place your order at www.thechosengifts.com, you should immediately receive an order confirmation email.  This email is extremely important to save.  It contains your order number.  It's fairly easy to find your order number as it always is preceded by a "CHS" in front of a 7-digit number.  It always helps our support team if you have this handy when inquiring about your order.
Delayed Updates: You’ll automatically receive the same updates we do, at the same time we do. This makes it impossible for us to provide any additional information regarding delivery dates.
Confirmation of Shipment: Once your package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email confirming the shipment has left our warehouse.  This email will conatin information about the shipping carrier (who will be delivering your package) and their tracking number.
Delivery Estimates: Our shipping partner will provide you with an estimated delviery time through their website with the tracking number provided.

If your item or size is not available you will see the option to be notified when the item is available.  Simply follow this link and enter your email address and when the item is available you will be notified via email.
